Peter Lupoff is CEO of Net Impact. He founded Tiburon Capital Management, running Tiburon as CIO until acquired by consultant, Gray & Company. Peter later founded Lupoff Friends and Family Interests, which has committed to operating a 100% Impact Investment portfolio and is a Fellow and Advisory Council Member of World Policy Institute, with a focus on private capital and market solutions to the challenges confronting people and planet.

Peter is active with Clean Power for Humanity, bringing green electrification projects to rural Asian villages and schools, and Defy Ventures, training the previously incarcerated. Since 2016, Peter taught Impact Investing and Investment Research classes as Special Lecturer at Yale School of Management and Fordham University. He is a Member of the Impact Investing & Sustainable Finance Faculty Consortium and is a regular writer and speaker related to topics among his areas of expertise.


Max Schorr is co-founder, CEO & chair of GOOD Worldwide, a global media brand which includes Upworthy, the largest social media “megaphone.” Schorr helped develop the editorial vision for GOOD Magazine as founding editor, as well as the “Choose GOOD” campaign which built a meaningful community while raising over $1 million for nonprofit partners from 50,000+ contributors.  He has appeared on CNN, MSNBC and NPR, and is a former affiliate of the Berkman Center for Internet & Society at Harvard University, where he researched the intersection of mindfulness, social action, and media in the digital age.

Recognized as a Next Generation Leader by the American Cancer Society, a member of the Japan Society's Innovators Network, and a First Mover Fellow at the Aspen Institute, Schorr has worked on such innovative campaigns as Earth To Paris with UN Foundation, Good December with Microsoft, and the Global Citizenship Project with the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation.
